My dad used to swear by the chiropractor.
Yesterday, courtesy of my lovely sister, I got my own back cracked for the first time ever. For free.
As soon as Dr. Bohne cracked my neck, instant tears. Not due to pain but because of an insane rush of emotions I was suddenly feeling.
My legs tingled. My muscles twitched.
And this morning my bad ear is popping as though things in there are making a move.
As a bonus, she also discussed the importance of the third eye and read my chakras.
Blocked. Confused. Indeed.
Here's to cleaning out my internal closets and throwing away all my crazy baggage!
I'm going back next week...
